With four spider-style outriggers and a hydraulic telescopic boom, it offers stable lifting and flexible reach, even on uneven ground. Ideal for streetlight repair, tree trimming, building maintenance, and signage installation, it supports 1–2 workers and can be powered by electric or engine systems. Manutenção e cuidados com o equipamento

– Lubricate all moving joints regularly to keep the boom operating smoothly.
– Check hydraulic hoses and connectors monthly, and tighten or replace if any leakage is found.
– For long-term idle periods, inspect the machine and perform a no-load test before reuse.
– Clean the hydraulic oil filters every six months to maintain system pressure and stability.
– When replacing hydraulic parts, keep the area clean and prevent dust or moisture from entering the oil circuit.
– Check hydraulic oil level and quality regularly, and refill with the recommended oil type.
– Inspect the electrical wiring and replace any damaged or aging wires promptly.
– Test emergency controls and dual operation panels monthly to ensure proper function.
– Check outriggers and support pads for wear and ensure the lift is level before operation.

Limit Protectlon

The hydraulic system is equipped with a platform limit protection device, thereby ensuring the safety of workers engaged in high-altitude operations.

Automatic Leveling

The working bucket has an automatic leveling function. The inclination angle of the working bucket relative to the horizontal plane should not exceed 1.5°.

Controller

Controllers are also installed at the base frame position, which enhances the convenience and safety of operation.
