– Clean the hydraulic oil filters every six months to maintain system pressure and stability.
– When replacing hydraulic parts, keep the area clean and prevent dust or moisture from entering the oil circuit.
– Check hydraulic oil level and quality regularly, and refill with the recommended oil type.
– Inspect the electrical wiring and replace any damaged or aging wires promptly.
– Test emergency controls and dual operation panels monthly to ensure proper function.
– Check outriggers and support pads for wear and ensure the lift is level before operation.

Automatic Leveling

The working bucket has an automatic leveling function. The inclination angle of the working bucket relative to the horizontal plane should not exceed 1.5°.
