Tips

On occasions②③④⑤ the installation of an elevator shaft specifically designed is required. Customers can utilize metal frames or concrete, etc. to build the shaft in advance. We recommend that customers opt for a special frame shaft for villa elevators.

Equipment Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance ensures long-term performance, safety, and reliability of your platform elevator—especially hydraulic platform elevators for residential and villa applications. Follow these care instructions to extend service life and reduce malfunction risk.

Apply lubricating oil between key moving parts to protect the bearings and extend their lifespan.
Monthly inspection: Check hydraulic pipe joints and fasteners for looseness and retighten if needed.
For long-term disuse (over 1 month), conduct inspections and perform no-load tests before reuse.
Clean filters every 6 months: This includes the suction filter of the oil pump and solenoid valve filter.
When replacing hydraulic components, ensure the surrounding area is clean and dry. Block oil inlet/outlet temporarily. Prevent damage during disassembly, and keep dust, solid particles, and water from entering the oil system.
Monitor the hydraulic oil level and quality regularly. When lifted, the oil level should be 40–50mm higher than the fuel tank. Use 46# oil in summer, 32# oil in winter for outdoor use.
Regularly inspect circuit wiring and replace aged or damaged wires in a timely manner.
Test the landing door interlock monthly to ensure the door remains locked unless the elevator car is at floor level.
